1. Booking needs to be made at least two days before arrival. Payment is made during the booking process through a secure payment system(Korta) to secure the tendant his/her booking period.

2. The Tendants obligate themselves to treat the apartment and everything within it with care and return the apartment in the same condition it was in when they arrived.

3. If the tendants need to cancel their booking they need to inform cozydenmark at info@cozydenmark.com at least two days prior to arrival to be eligable for a full refund. Please be avare that Cozydenmark will always hold back 300 DKK in book/cancellation fees. It is only possible to refund into the same credit card as the purchase was made on.

4. Cozydenmark does not store tendants Creditcard numbers. Pruchase is made through a third party(Korta) secure payment server.

5. Cozydenmark.com obligates it self not to hand tendants personal information or email to a third party. Except if the information is requested by the authoroties regarding a court case.
